With the many tools available to business owners today, it’s easier than ever to get more done in less time. It’s also becoming easier and easier to appear productive and maintain good communication with your clients and prospective clients even when you’re not at your desk. One of my favorite tools for this is an autoresponder.

Autoresponder is a term used to describe an email or series of emails that are set up to be automatically sent over a designated period of time once triggered.

You can set up autoresponders for people who join your e-mail list. Once they join, the emails will be triggered to be sent to the person according to the time schedule you set up in your system. You can create an autoresponder series for people who download any of your free materials, purchase your products or programs, or express an interest in learning more about who you are and what you do. These autoresponders allow you to communicate quickly and effectively with your clients or prospective new clients without becoming a slave to your computer.

There are many great, inexpensive programs that you can use today to set up these autoresponders including, MailChimp, Constant Contact, iContact, Get Response, and more. Simply pick one, get your emails set up, and enjoy better communication with your clients and more time freedom for yourself today.  

The ability to use systems in our businesses today to create more time freedom for ourselves is just one more way that business fuels the amazing in our lives.
